We are one of the leading contract cleaning companies in Australia. Due to strong growth in the last 12 months in our company operations we are seeking an experienced General Manager. 

You will oversee the operations of one of our branches within the stated area and will report to the Group General Manager.  

 

Required Qualifications:


You should have at least 8 plus years in cleaning operations looking after multiple sites for a medium to large sized cleaning company. Your experience in management of contracts and leadership of staff within the contract cleaning industry will have you ready to take on an exciting new challenge here in Sydney.

 

Results for the role include:

 

  1. No Contract Losses due to client complaints.  The principle is that happy clients do not terminate cleaning contracts.  So if we have happy clients the result should be no losses. Constantly review the sites in your branch from the perspective of ‘are they structured for long term client satisfaction and retention’.

 

  1. Management of the branch to achieve agreed targets. These will be discussed with the Group General Manager before the beginning of each financial year. 

 

  1. No Client (debtor) invoices to exceed three months.

 

  1. Branch to be run effectively as a business ensuring that Operations Managers adhere to Quad policy requirements.

Renumeration:

$126K package plus bonuses
